Step I: Adjust the Route to ESA flow
(1) In Setup.
(2) Search for Flows.
(3) Select Flows.
(4) Click on Route to ESA flow.
(1) Click on the Route to ESA activity.
(2) Select Route to: Agentforce Service Agent.
(3) Select the Coral Cloud Experience Agent under Agentforce Service Agent.
(4) Select Save as New Version.
Click Save.
Click Activate.
Step II: Update Chatbot on Experience Cloud site
(1) In Setup search for All Sites.
(2) Click on All Sites.
(3) Click on the Workspaces link for the Coral-Cloud site.
Click on the Builder.
(1) In the Lightning Icon.
(2) Search for Embedded.
(3) Select Embedded Messaging. You may need to drag it onto the website for it to open.
No changes are needed to the Embedded Messaging section. Click Publish to publish the site.
Now you are ready to check your challenge.
